Bergman & Jacobs was founded in 1979 by Richard H. Bergman and Mark A. Jacobs.  Our office is located in historic downtown Hollywood, Florida.  We are a boutique law firm advising our clients on legal matters involving complex civil and business litigation, securities law, probate, and guardianship litigation.  Our clients range from the “moms and pops” and startup businesses to local and national banks, residential and commercial developers, trust companies, and hedge funds.
