Throughout our history, we have defended banks in lawsuits brought by customers and served in general counsel capacities, including, but not limited to, providing advice and counsel on the Bank Secrecy Act, anti-money laundering laws, document subpoena responses, and “know your customer” and due diligence procedures.

We have substantial experience in representing broker/dealers in FINRA actions filed by customers. We have also successfully represented the victims of improper investment advice, securing substantial settlements.
